  • We provide translation services in over 30 languages. We translate the following languages, both from and into English, and also other language combinations. If the language you need is not listed here, please send us an inquiry and we’ll be happy to assist you. Afrikaans, Arabic, Armenian, Bengali, Bulgarian, Chinese, Czech, Danish, Dutch, Farsi, French, German, Greek, Haitian Creole, Hebrew, Hindi, Indonesian, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Malay, Polish, Portuguese, Romanian, Russian, Slovakian, Spanish, Thai, Turkish, Ukrainian, Urdu, Vietnamese.

  • Certified is made using our company letterhead and comes with a statement of certification (required by some authorities), in PDF format. Business is a high-quality translation done on a plain editable Word doc. Both offer the same great quality and service we provide.

  • No, we don’t accept faxes.

  • We offer translation, subtitling, transcription, and localization services. We can also handle complex projects involving several languages and services. For more information on our services, contact us and someone will be happy to assist you.

  • For certified translations, the cost depends on the amount of pages translated. Our rate is $27 per page. A page is defined as 300 words or fewer (including numbers), one-sided, and letter-size (8.5” x 11”) or A4 dimensions or smaller. An excess of 300 words on a page would be considered additional pages and priced accordingly at the same rate of $27 per every 300 words.

    Our business translations are priced by the word. Our price is $0.10 per word with a minimum charge of $20 per order. Numbers are included in our word count.

  • Delivery time depends on the language and page/word count. Also, if your order involves different services, the delivery time will also change accordingly. The following is the turnaround time for translation of documents.

    Regular service:

    1 – 4 pages = 24 hours

    5 – 9 pages = 48 hours

    10 pages or more = Contact us for an exact turnaround time.

    Rush service:

    1-4 pages = 2 hours

    5-9 pages = 6 hours

    10 pages or more = Contact us for an exact turnaround time.

  • We have introduced a rush service. Please contact us for more details, turnaround time, and cost.

  • To get a quote, please email us your documents and a customer service representative will be happy to assist you. You can also contact us through the contact form on our website. Once we get your documents, we’ll get back to you with a quote and turnaround time, and once you accept it, we’ll send you a payment link. Once we receive your payment, we’ll get started with your order and you’ll get it back within our stated turnaround time. 

  • We accept all major credit cards as well as payment via Paypal, Wise, and bank transfers.

    Payment is made at the time of placing your order.

    For business clients, we do have invoice billing available.

  • You can cancel your order if the translation has not yet been started. You can add or delete files from your order if the translation has not been started yet. Additional documents will require a new quote.

  • No, we do not mail any physical hard copies of translations, we only email documents.

  • No, we do not notarize any documents.

  • Usually, the translation of documents such as birth, marriage, divorce, and death certificates, diplomas, transcripts, medical records, legal documents, which are submitted to authorities, needs to be certified.
